PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Designed around the production task.
PE/PP rigid-flake pelletizing with controlled feeding, melt filtration, degassing and pellet formation, defined around the prepared feedstock and intended reuse.
MATERIAL & PROCESS CONTEXT
Material, process and output context.
Prepared rigid flakes
This pelletizing line is configured for prepared rigid flakes. The material composition, residual contamination, moisture and target application determine the appropriate process arrangement.
Filtration and degassing
Filtration and degassing are configured in response to the actual material condition and final-use requirement. They are not assumed as a fixed performance guarantee for every feedstock.
Pellet formation
Pelletizing is matched to the intended downstream use. Product consistency, capacity and utility requirements are confirmed during project-level technical review.
CONFIGURATION ENGINEERING
Engineering PE/PP rigid-flake pelletizing around the prepared flake condition
PE/PP rigid-flake pelletizing begins with prepared, washed material. Feeding, melt preparation, filtration, vacuum degassing and pellet handling are selected together according to polymer mix, flake condition and the intended reuse of the finished pellet.
Flake definition before equipment
The starting point is the declared PE/PP composition, flake size, residual contamination, moisture, labels or non-polymer residues and the target pellet use. These inputs define the actual processing and filtration duty.
Feeding & melt preparation
Feeding and extrusion are configured to maintain a stable material supply and controlled melt preparation for the accepted rigid-flake condition. The route is engineered around the actual regrind rather than a generic rigid-plastics label.
Filtration & vacuum treatment
Melt filtration and vacuum degassing are determined by residual contamination, volatile content and the finished-pellet requirement. Their configuration remains tied to the declared material and project acceptance criteria.
Pellet formation & collection
The pelletizing, cooling, drying and collection section is matched to the intended pellet form and downstream handling. Utilities, automation and quality-control interfaces are fixed with the complete project route.
Utilities, residue and safety
Electrical supply, cooling-water circulation, ventilation, residue handling and maintenance access are set with the selected PE/PP flake route. Safety protection follows the approved project layout and operating procedure.
FOR A TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
Information that lets us define the right line.
- PE/PP polymer mix and intended pellet application
- Flake size, bulk density, moisture and residual contamination
- Required filtration level and any degassing requirement
- Required capacity range, pellet form and collection method
- Available power, water, layout and auxiliary interfaces
- Quality-control, automation and service expectations
This page defines the process architecture for PE/PP rigid flakes. The applicable model, production range and final pellet criteria are released against the declared feedstock and project acceptance plan; washing-line capacity is not a pelletizing guarantee.

Washed PE/PP rigid flakes
- Standard process route
- Controlled feeding → extrusion → melt filtration → vacuum degassing → pelletizing → cooling, drying and collection
- Engineering inputs before release
- Polymer mix, melt-flow range, residual contamination, flake moisture, filtration fineness and final pellet application
This page identifies the PE/PP rigid-flake pelletizing route. The final model and applicable production range are selected against the declared feedstock and pellet specification; a washing-line capacity is not automatically a pelletizing capacity.
