Single-Shaft Shredder

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Designed around the production task.

Single-shaft shredding for plastics and industrial scrap, balancing robust size reduction with straightforward maintenance.

MATERIAL & PROCESS CONTEXT

Material, process and output context.

Heavy-duty single-shaft shredder
01

Heavy-duty single-shaft shredder

A heavy-duty configuration is considered for bulky rigid plastics and industrial scrap where controlled feeding and robust primary size reduction are required.

Arm-press single-shaft shredder
02

Arm-press single-shaft shredder

An arm-press arrangement can be considered for material that benefits from controlled contact with the rotor. The appropriate configuration depends on material shape, density and feed behaviour.

Standard single-shaft shredder
03

Standard single-shaft shredder

The standard configuration provides primary shredding for selected plastics and production scrap before the next recycling or size-reduction stage.

04

Application review

Rotor, cutter, screen and drive selection are confirmed after reviewing material photos or samples, contaminants, target size and the required downstream process.

CONFIGURATION ENGINEERING

Engineering primary size-reduction module around the actual material

A recycling system is defined from the actual feedstock and required downstream use, not from a headline model or capacity. Material condition, contamination, safety boundary and each process interface are reviewed together before a project configuration is released.

01

Material definition

Confirm polymer family, material form, incoming size, contamination profile, moisture, labels, metals, non-target fractions and any restricted or hazardous contents before selecting the route.

02

Process-route integration

The selected process interface is after controlled infeed and before the next reduction or washing stage. Each module is balanced with its upstream preparation, downstream handling and the declared target material requirement.

03

Utilities, residue and safety

Water management, residue handling, ventilation, access, guarding and site constraints are defined with the actual material and local operating conditions; they are not assumed from a generic reference line.

04

Project confirmation

The final equipment list, operating window, controls and acceptance criteria are confirmed through project engineering, controlled technical review and the agreed validation plan.

FOR A TECHNICAL PROPOSAL

Information that lets us define the right line.

  • Material form, input size, density, contamination and target size
  • Clear material photos or representative samples, including packaging and contamination condition
  • Required target material, downstream use and any purity, moisture or handling expectations
  • Factory layout, utilities, water-treatment boundary, safety rules and local regulatory requirements
  • Required controls, service access, documentation language and project delivery expectations

This v2 Beta page presents the R&D-signed technical reference for the stated material and process scope. It is not a price, delivery, quality, certification or contractual performance commitment; the final project configuration and acceptance conditions remain subject to controlled engineering review.

GRS1500C-FL

Primary role
Single-shaft shredding
Applicable feedstock / condition
Pre-washed PE/PP agricultural film and flexible material
Candidate route capacity range
800–1,600 kg/h
Key standard configuration
2 × 75 kW · Ø460 × 1,500 mm rotor · 80 rpm · 84 moving / 3 fixed knives · I-type screens · 7.5 kW pusher
Selection boundary
Capacity is a candidate agricultural-film route reference; final rotor, screen and feed arrangement follow the actual material.

The ranges are candidate design capacities of the referenced recycling routes, not unconditional standalone-machine throughput. Actual performance depends on feed form, bulk density, contamination, input size, knife and screen selection, upstream feeding and downstream handling.
